Video: Riz – Rock The Bed

it’s obvious the record was produced by konvict records i.e. there signature intro tune..criticize his music and nothing else

The video is mediocre at best, but the song is nice though and I’m still disputing this whole Konvict thing.. Is he writing for Konvict or a signed konvict artist? I tire man

Na wa for the previous comments oh. Anyway, I like the beat. Nice video. Good job, Riz. You put a lot of effort into this. I wonder – what market was this vid/song made for? What market is he trying to break into with this song and vid? If this is for the US, there are certain, how do I say ‘issues’ that the vid’s model presents. I am going to just assume that the artist is a smart business man trying to break into as many markets as possible.

If the US/Europe is on that list, the artist he would sound closest to would be Akon, so his vocal sound could be iffy for certain customers. Also, for some reason, a lot of the vid reminded me of NeYo, a combination of the artist’s movements and even the camera work echos NeYo.

Nevertheless, it is a good song, and I wish the artist the best of luck, whether he is part of the Konvict family or not. Its not easy.

The song is average the guy’s voice is weak; the beat is good tho. Homie needs to stop focusing on image too much and release some good music.

why would you say Konvict’s own Riz when u say you are still speculating na wa for you bloggers. Point of correction akon didn’t produce the song. One of akon’s konvict producers did this and Riz is not signed to konvict. he’s writing songs for akon’s artists and outside projects linked to akon.

Ahhh. Everybody will be claiming Konvict. Lets just hope this is true.
Mr. Riz feelin himself. I don’t like the contrast of the video at all.
The song is alright though. I don’t have much to say.
