Yung EL – Blame It (Remake)

Posted on July 30th, 2009 by Ovie O

Another J-Town cat’s in the building!

The talents from that zone seem to be sprouting everyday, and now, here’s Yung EL, an artiste under the relatively new GRIP Entertainment platform (same as Endia). He gives us a pretty decent crack @ Jamie Foxx’s “Blame It” track… as a means to put the name out there before an official single drops. I’m diggin’ this version as well as their promo strategy.

I agree, he kept it clean, simple & straight to the point, not overdoing it.
He definitely brought his own flavor into this remake. You can tell he is also a fan of M.I and he does a great job in tying some of the tracks to his lyrical content. Heard about him sometime beginning of this year, but this track makes me just want to listen more carefully.
