Yung EL ft Ice Prince – Who Do Dis

Posted on August 24th, 2009 by Ovie O

Brand new tune from Yung EL. Don’t worry… it’s NOT another remake. This is an original tune recorded recently by both J-Town boiz to keep up the heat wave from that zone to the rest of the country. As usual, I dey feel dis one. What’s your take?

*O.O*

I wonder if Yung EL, Jesse and Ice Prince were deliberately shouting out Trybesmen – “Who do dis rapping? / Obonge rapping // I hear am for party / come catch gbedu fever // I go die o! // I go quench o!”

Damn. That was at least a decade ago.

I bet they were. I was even just thinking about that jam a few days ago. They sampled it nicely too.

Very creative beat. I noticed that deviation into “Ndoli Ndoli” beat around the hook. Ice Prince made that more obvious on the first verse. Rap verses were just ok.
