J.Blisx – Omo Spectacular
Posted on January 4th, 2010 by Mola OGDescent first song from a new comer, J.Blisx. I don’t have much information on him yet.
I have to admit that I hear a big M.I influence in his flow… What do you think about the track?

tell this guy to take MI’s dick out of his mouth and go find himself…..No Respect…you wanna copy someone?? you git Jay Z, Lil Wayne, Luda, Talib and plenty others. Naija artists need to find their own style…like Dagrin….Be Different. sorry, i don’t care what the rest of ya’ll say….this is Bullshit.
dis is bullshit….any rap u hear dis days pple say it sound’s like MI’s….mi’s good agreed but damn y is it always……evry rapper’s got his own shit ….not MI’s
Zoundz lyk a diluted vazion of M.I. bt he g’ dou…
Yeahhh! e’rything abt this dude is MI lol nevertheless, he’s got skillz nd he’s quite sick wit ‘em flows. IMO there’s nufin wrong in trying to sound like someone else(who obviously made it!), in no time . . he shld be able to forge out his own rhyme pattern. Nice job J. Blisx. . . thumbs up.
Agreed he sounds like MI in rhyming style and delivery. Nevertheless, many of our artists today have been influenced usually by American artists like Jay-z and I remember when MI first came out everyone said he sounded like Weezy or in some instances Kanye. It is nice that we are now saying Jblisx sounds like one of our own.
I do think as he gets out there and gains footing and a fan base, there will be a need as he matures as an artist to truly find his own distinct identity. For now, it works. We are always evolving, abi? We await his evolution and growth but this is not a bad start.
Cheers,
Uduak
