Rukus – Cocky + Life of a Star (freestyle)
Posted on July 2nd, 2009 by Ovie OOn the 1st of January, 2009, Rukus started a trend that has spiralled out of control - with possibly 30 artistes following suit (…and the number’s still growing). It’s well-documented that he’s officially the FIRST rapper to drop a freestyle on the famous Gbono Feli Instrumental (God bless Don Baba J).
Rukus has already finalised plans to release an EP before the end of this month, and he says he’ll hit us with a new song every week till then.
If you’re not a “rapjunkie”, don’t even bother pushing the play button. This is realness. Naija boys are not playin’ anymore!
