Here is a behind the scene footage of OverDose’s video for his new single ‘Alujo‘ which we are told is currently enjoying airplay on radio nationwide. The song is also posted below for your enjoyment. OD’s album is still untitled for now, but expect it to drop in 2010.
Good Tune, it has that commercial appeal but OD still keeps his lyrical standards intact.

Naeto C is bizack with a P-Mix for the Young Money Bedrock track. Expect nothing short of the justice he delivered on the ‘Successful’ P-Mix.
Just in case you have been hiding under a rock somewhere, Naeto is currently working on his highly anticipated, 2nd album ‘Super C Season‘ which is due out soon. The album will include hits like Duro, Ako Mi Ti Poju and many more unheard bangers including a track with the Spiritual Mad Man himself, Terry G (I can only imagine what that track will sound like. Did somebody say International Banger?).
Also, expect to see the video for ‘Duro’ very soon, it was shot some time in January of ‘10. The P is still heavy!

Terry G aka Microphone Tester has resurfaced with new material along with his House of Ginjah comrades. None of the songs are what you would expect from the Spiritual Mad Man; he switched up his flow, beat and modified the sound.
We are told that this is just “a tip of the iceberg” and that Terry plus the House of Ginjah crew have over 200 songs recorded already. It appears that they intend to do some major havoc in the Naija music scene in 2010.
Also, expect a new video from Terry for ‘Trowey‘ which is a new single off the Ginjah Ur Swaggah album and in addition to that the House of Ginjah will be releasing a video for their single called ‘Let it Go‘ shortly.
O happy belated Valentines Day and it’s not too late to tell your significant other that ‘I I I I love you‘ (Listen to the song you will know what I am talking about)… Have a blessed week!

‘H-Man de here so‘ will be the title of H-Man’s up coming album which should be out some time in 2010. Apparently, Black Beauty will be the lead single off this new effort and a video should be shot for it in a couple of weeks.
The track is obviously unmixed but I am sure once completed, it should sound much better..

‘Lagos State of Mind’ is an exclusive track that will appear on Alaye’s up coming mixtape which will be hosted by Tim Westwood (Westwood is a Legend and the main purveyor of HIP Hop in the Uk for the past 25 years and more).
Also, there is also an album in the works called ‘Flight’ and it will be released under Alaye’s label SugerKane Ent and Storm Records. In the mean time, go ahead and enjoy the 2 new tracks from the album. The one track called ‘Eyes Dont Lie’ features Naeto C, nice and slow jam while MayD features on ‘Ride It’ which is more of an uptempo track.
As usual Alaye spits some major barz on all the tracks; I am diggin the ‘Lagos State of Mind’ joint, I can already tell that the mixtape will be quite SICK!!!

H-Man has returned with a brand new, never before heard track which should be hitting radio in a fortnight. The song is actually unfinished; but it sounds mixed to me.
A fiya track that can easily become a favorite among club goers in Naija. Didn’t H-Man just release his last album in April of ‘09? I can see that he is extra focused!

June was the month of the female rappers; Sasha came with her new single ‘Gidi Babe’, Kel blessed us with a new joint off her upcoming album followed by its video and Zara dropped the ‘Su Mo Bi’ track. Enjoy!
Ezzie B who is popularly known for her ‘Ezzie blogisode‘ series is currently working on an EP which should be out in the Fall of ‘09. Some of you may not know this, but Ezzie is a student at the University of Maryland currently pursuing her Doctorate in Pharmacy. Fortunately, she has been recording more frequently these past few weeks due to the summer break and is scheduled for a 2 week media tour in Nigeria starting July 16, 2009.
‘We De Run Things‘ which happens to be her lead single off the yet untitled EP features Ghanaian rapper, Disastrous. ‘Soldier‘, another track off the EP brings out the conscious side of Ezzie where she spits and sings on the hook.
