Here’s a new tune from 3 highly-promising acts in the Naija music industry. Zara is pretty much an established name here on notjustOk and most of the online community but is now getting lots of buzz on ground; Adol, like Zara, is also not new to us on the site while Olamide is a fresh name that’s signed to the Coded Tunes label (you saw him on Maiojoe’s I’m Grateful video).
All 3 artistes have brought their talent together, courtesy of Toni Payne Concepts, to produce this new potential hit tune titled “Naija Hail.” The song takes us back to the good ol’ days growing up in Naija and reminds us that no matter what we do, Naija is our home. Listen and share your thoughts…

Happy Sunday, fam!!!
We’d like to kick off the new week with some positive music. This is the video for a previously-posted song by Maiojoe and the Coded Tunes family spearheaded by ID Cabasa. It’s quite simple; no excesses, and you can see that they were genuinely showing gratitude to God as the song suggests. Enjoy!

Super-Producer ID Cabasa has been working under the radar for quite some time, and folks have been wondering what to expect. The answer? Coded Tunes!
Maiojoe is a relatively new artiste who is based both in the UK and Nigeria. He calls his music “African dancehall/hiphop with Gospel lyrical contents.” For him, the idea is to introduce a new Gospel concept that can be played anywhere and everywhere.
“Grateful” is his official first single and it features some of the Coded Tunes artistes, Olamide, Ab1 and B. Ranks while “Igwe” features ID Cabasa himself. On the evidence of both singles, I think we’ll be hearing more from Maiojoe in several places. Expect to see the video for “Grateful” here very soon. Enjoy!

Gospel singer, Onos Bikawei, recently launched her album, Keep Moving, on the 28th of February in Lagos. It is a 10-track album which features the previously-posted song, “Dance” as well as guest appearances from ID Cabasa, Kefee, Lara George, Mike Aremu, Jay Lyricist and a few others.
Here are a couple of cuts off the album which can now be purchased at your nearest vendor. The first track, Tomorrow, features ID Cabasa and fellow Gospel artiste, Lara George. The 2nd track, I Don Taya, gets you laughing hard as she doesn’t hold back on her “waffarian” side. It also has that Fela/Afro-beat feel to it. Listen and enjoy! …and yeah! Feel free to add the album to your collection.
Happy Sunday!

Okay! So… lots of folks have been asking about Kayefi, the singer on ID Cabasa’s Under Rated track. Here’s an unofficial single from her. As Cabasa previously told us, she’s with the Codedtunes clique, and her album is currently being worked on.
Personally, I think I’ve heard enough to tell she’s got mad talent, but let me know what you make of this…

Here’s a debut single from new kid, Jukline. I don’t have much info on him. All I can say is he’s currently signed to Citi Baze Records, and the video was directed by Dr. Dee.
From the language, I can tell he’s an Urhobo boy (Delta State). It’s nice to see the minorities chipping in as well. I love this!
Produced by ID Cabasa. He also came correct on his verse.

ID Cabasa’s freshman album ‘I. D. ENTITY’ dropped on August 29 under Yes Records, the same record label that houses Steel and GXploits. If you are in Nigeria, you should be able to purchase them in most retail outlets and ‘go slows’.
Here is the lead single off the album ‘Day by Day’; simple and nice tune!
