Happy Valentine’s Day to all lovers out there! About a week or 2 ago, M.I’s song “God Bless You” was leaked online. For this reason, M.I has chosen to put it out as a Valentine’s Day treat to everyone. However, he promises to make alterations to the track due to the unfortunate leak (it was only meant to be an album cut). So, expect to hear something slightly different when M.I 2 drops.

9ice AKA Adigun AlaPomeji is Back with 3 new singles off his ‘Versus’ album which should be released some time in 2010. Surprisingly, he featured rappers on all 3 tracks, but looking at the image below it appears that Banky W and D’banj Terry G will also make it on the album.

Yahoo boys will vex even further after watching this video. I read the comments on the audio post and there were valid arguments on both sides (yahoo boys and legal hustlers)… The solution to the 419 problem will take a lot of work and right thinking, but I believe this is a good step to tackle the issue.
This song was recorded for the “Microsoft Internet Safety, Security and Privacy Initiative for Nigeria” (MISSPIN) initiative which seeks to to re-direct the energies of participants of cyber crime to positive use. You can read more about the initiative here
“The rehabilitation program will allow twenty-five (25) young people who have been involved in cybercrime activities to benefit from training (life skills, employability skills, I.T., etc), mentorship and paid internships. They will serve as role models for other youth who have been wondering about their future beyond online criminal involvements. The musical collaboration project, which is led by one of the campaign ambassadors, Ohimai Amaeze, enjoys the benefit of having Cobhams Asuquo as producer, and an impressive line-up of artistes who have volunteered to support the MISSPIN project: Banky W, MI, Modele, Omawumi and Rooftop MCs! The song will be released in February 2010, alongside a sticker campaign that will present messages that will resonate with the population that will best benefit from this campaign. One of the stickers will announce, “Maga no need pay, I go hard for ma dough!““
It is finally here; the notjustOk top 20 videos for 2009. All the videos in the countdown were derived from these votes. We cut them into 3 parts and uploaded the videos to youtube so that the good folks in Nigeria can watch the show comfortably. Feel free to give your feedback.

I know it’s only his first single, which basically means we can’t really give a definite accessment of his talents. Regardless, one can make some sort of projection. Do you think he can emulate the success of fellow “labelmates” Ice Prince, M.I and Jesse Jagz?
